I have been married since 8 years, trying to have a baby since the first year. I had 3 ectopic pregnancies (1 in left and 2 in right). The left tube is taken out, right one is damaged. Hello. I am looking for some advice. My husband has been diagnosed with non obstructive Azoospermia. He has had a testes biopsy however there were zero sperm available for retrieval. He was born with undescended testicles which is most likely the reason for his infertility. Are there any treatments available for his condition? We have been married for 8 years. The doctors in the UK have said that the only way we can conceive is with donor sperm. This is not something we want to do. I look forward to hearing from you.
